If we shed innocent blood and we embrace sexual deviancy, this will bring the judgment of God upon any nation that approves of those behaviors and gives them special protection in laws."

Fine then, don't permit citizens to kill babies nor rape them. But be warned that's a slippery-slope...
At some point God insists you permit adult neighbors to marry, and couples to remain without children.
