"It Is Always Now"

Reminding me of Alan Watts' collection of essays titled, "This Is It."

One thing that calms me down when I catch myself worrying about future events, or even past shouldn't-have-dones, is the thought, "I'll be dead some day."

Finding fulfillment in the present moment takes some practice even after we've faced death. But, it's worthwhile to be free of the what-ifs, free to just connect with and enjoy the present moment. Now's a good time.
